What an amazing day we had at The Hawthorns! We feel so very blessed not only at the number of players that came out to play but also just how well the day turned out! Thanks to everyone who participated, we raised just over $24.700!!! What a testament to just how many people loved and believed in Stephenie and her vision!

There were so many people that made this day possible, and I appreciate all of them more than they will ever know! Please check out our supporters page and the support signage from the tournament to see all of our generous sponsors! Unfortunately, there wasn’t  a sign large enough to thank all of the people and businesses that contributed not only money, but their time, energy, and passion to making our first outing such a huge success! Please take a second to read the following, and if I missed someone please know it was unintentional.

A huge Thank You to all of the volunteers who put in numerous hours contacting people for sponsorships, silent auction items, and donations! Also, for the volunteers that donated their time on the day of the tournament, thank you for keeping me as sane as humanly possible throughout the day!

A special thanks to Brandi Neale, owner of Brandi Neale Photography for donating her time and services to capturing all the fun we had at the outing!!!

Thank you to Jon Quick, owner of absolutemax! for getting the foundation lots of free advertising in some of the Indianapolis areas’ largest publications! Jon was also instrumental in gathering some of our larger silent auction items! It is clear why Steph loved and appreciated you so much!

A very grateful thank you to Amber Small for using your amazing talents in helping with the wording and editing of the many documents, emails, and press releases! You are truly a rare talent!

Matt Griffith and Drew Strobel from Griffith Law Group for donating a lot of time and energy into completing and filing our 501(c)(3) application to the IRS!

I would like to thanks my family and friends who have been a never-ending source of comfort to me throughout this challenging summer!

The CMBC Board of Directors…thank you so much for all the love and support you have given me. Your enthusiasm and passion for CMBC and Stephenie’s legacy is truly amazing!  This was a team effort for sure, and I appreciate each of you so very much!

My final thanks goes to my partner in crime Stephanie Blackman (a.k.a. Lollie). I cannot tell you just how much work she put into this event and our foundation in general! She worked tirelessly sending out emails, making phone calls, and going to numerous meetings! Lollie-You have become one of my closest friends and you will never fully know just how much I rely on you and your tireless support and guidance! You are truly the Rockstar of this event and it has been my honor working with you!
